TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. The free trial shall last for a period of 7 days only. Customers will be charged immediately and will be refunded if deciding to cancel their subscription within the trial period. 2. All customers signing up for the free trial will be required to submit payment card details as part of the process to allow automatic payments once the free trial period finishes. 3. Customers not wishing to continue their Spate subscription can cancel using the Cancel Your Subscription form provided by email. Reminder emails will be sent 1 day before the end of the free trial period.4. By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly subscription fee at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, and you accept responsibilities for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. 5. You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time by sending an email to hello@spate.nyc. If you cancel your Monthly Subscription, the cancellation will take effect for your next billing cycle. You will not be eligible for a refund for monthly subscription fees paid prior to the month the cancellation takes effect. 6 Spate General Terms and Conditions apply. 7.
